1. RETURN GUARANTEE RULES
In addition to the refund rights available under applicable law, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the refund option was presented to you at the time of payment, you are entitled to a refund provided it is met all of the following conditions .
Contact us by email [email protected] within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period;
You followed the plan at least 14 consecutive days within the first 30 days after purchase.
We will review your claim and let you know (by email) if your claim has been approved.
Please note that only the implementation of all the above requirements allows you to receive a full voluntary refund under the Money Back Guarantee. For the sake of clarity, this “money back guarantee” does not apply to the following cases:
Personal reasons (you do not like the product, it does not meet your expectations, etc.);
You are not able to get the necessary products / we have provided enough additional options /
2. GENERAL RULES FOR RETURNS
In general, if you do not meet the conditions set out above, the fees you have paid are not refundable and / or exchangeable, unless otherwise stated here or required by applicable law.
Note for EU residents: If you are a resident of the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement to purchase digital content free of charge and without giving a reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of this agreement. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the implementation of the agreement has started with your prior explicit consent and your confirmation that in this way you lose your right of withdrawal. You hereby expressly agree to the immediate execution of the agreement and confirm that you will lose your right to withdraw from the agreement once our servers confirm your purchase and the applicable purchase is successfully delivered to you. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund unless your digital content is defective.
